From material receiving through final inspection, quality control is carefully monitored. Quality control at EIMCo. is an in-process inspection and occurs at each stage of production ensuring in a quality product.

Products are tested in a climate controlled lab using the latest technology, including:

• Rockwell Tester (Wilson)

• Profilometer (Federal)

• Optical Comparator (Micro-VU)

• Digital Height Gauges (Brown and Sharpe)

• Bench Centers (Mitutoyo)

• Various Thread and Thread Ring Gauges

• Manual CMM (Numerex)
